Grady L. Lembke, DDS
Dr. Grady L. Lembke graduated with a B.S. in Zoology from Oklahoma State University in 1995. Upon graduation from OSU, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Lembke attended postgraduate training from the prestigious Pankey Institute as well as Spear Education, two highly respected and renowned training organizations for dentists.
Dr. Lembke’s office is shared with mentor and friend Dr. Jeff Baggett. They share the building, but each of them operate their own patient-centered, relationship-based practice.
Dr. Lembke believes staying up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques is one of the best ways to ensure his patients receive the highest quality and most comfortable care possible. He is a member of:

- The Oklahoma County Dental Society
- The Spear Study Club
- The ITI Study Club
- The Metro Study Club
He has served as a chair on the board of directors for many dental organizations.
Dr. Lembke is married to dentist, Monica M. Neely. They have two children, Hannah and Graham.
In his free time, Dr. Lembke enjoys golfing, exercising, and attending OKC Thunder and OSU games with his family.
